Session details

  • All sessions are one hour and are $150 per session. 

  • I do direct billing to these insurance providers:

    • Canada Life, Great-West Life, Desjardins, Green Shield Canada, Johnson, Manulife, Medavie Blue Cross, TELUS Health

  • I offer individual one-on-one therapy, virtually and in-person.

    • I offer virtual sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

    • I offer in person sessions in Halifax on Wednesdays.

Education and Credentials

I am a licensed practitioner with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT). I have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches, and engage in various Communities of Practice to strengthen my ongoing learning with both.

  • Attended Acadia University, Master's of Education in Counselling, Graduated 2022

  • Prelicense by Province of Nova Scotia / RCT-C22-098

  • Certificate from Stepping In: 16 Week Comprehensive IFS Course (IFSCA)
